Refund Policy

At Lacey's Bookkeeping Services, we strive to provide reliable, high-quality bookkeeping services tailored to each client’s needs. Because our services involve time, expertise, and often third-party software, all sales are generally final. However, we understand that life happens. In rare and extenuating circumstances, we may offer refunds or partial credits at our sole discretion.
Examples of Extenuating Circumstances:

Serious illness or medical emergency affecting you or an immediate family member

Death in the family

Natural disaster or severe weather events

Unforeseen personal hardship (e.g., job loss, sudden relocation)

Service delivery failure on our part (missed deadlines, significant errors, etc.)
Refund Conditions:

Requests must be made in writing within 14 days of the incident or service delivery.

We may require documentation (e.g., doctor’s note, death certificate, etc.) depending on the situation.

Refunds may be issued as full or partial refunds, service credits, or rescheduling of services.

Services already rendered or partially completed may be deducted from the refund amount.
Non-Refundable Items:

Monthly subscription fees once a billing cycle has started

Completed financial statements, reconciliations, or reports

Third-party software costs (e.g., QuickBooks, Gusto, etc.) already paid on your behalf
